Huel needed a CRM overhaul to align with their evolving brand while enabling more dynamic, scalable, and engaging communications through eMarsys. We partnered with Huel’s Brand and CRM teams to develop a modular, on-brand email design system. We created a flexible library of responsive templates that pushed the creative limits of eMarsys, ensuring consistency, scalability, and customer-centric engagement. Alongside the templates, we delivered detailed brand and CRM usage guidelines to empower internal teams to create impactful campaigns independently. A versatile CRM design system that allows Huel to deliver relevant, on-brand communications at scale and enhancing customer engagement.
